Funding Still Available in Homer Glen Commercial Building Improvement Grant Program

The Commercial Building Improvement Grant Program is currently OPEN to new grant applications.

The program is open to commercial building owners, existing businesses and new businesses locating in Homer Glen. Projects eligible for assistance include improvements to commercial facades, signs, life-safety features, accessibility, utilities and more.

This is a reimbursement grant program of up to 50% of approved costs with a maximum grant award of $10,000. Assistance for this program is available on a first-come first-served basis, based on funds availability.
